Do you love your work and clients? I do. So much so that periodically one will simply lurk in my mind!
Tonight I have a young woman on my mind that I met at several Biznik events. She is quite charming and beautiful except for one thing. Her hair has become "trashed" from the scalp specific shampoo and conditioner she is using!
As you may guess, she, like so many of my clients has a scalp issue. 'Don't know what, but it doesn't really matter... at least in Autograf Land it doesn't. So, as is my custom, I sent her a kit of Dare To WEAR BLACK Scalp Conditioning Shampoo and some proper conditioners with a finishing, controlling mist... and I e'd her a full set of Hairobics instructions to go with them. Yes, they are on the bottle, but who reads the bottle? Do you?
What I ponder, is whether she sill ever get the full benefit from the wonderful products I sent her.
Do you read your instructions? Do you get the maximum benefit from the products you invest in? I hope so. Because I ponder the issue. It keeps me up at night.
