'Wondering where the time to take care of yourself went? That is clearly my question of the day!
So I signed up with a new kind of personal trainer who is teaching me to move my body from the joints out. I have to practice every day and I wondered how.
It turns out I can take advantage of mini moments in order to get it all in... and that is my tip for you today! As you are watching the minute minder on the computer, massage your scalp and/or the back of your neck where the "hair food" comes from.
